Whan a business fails is the entrepreneur's fault

The web "Entrepreneur" blames entrepreneurs for the fail of their companies.
To say it is not economic situation´s fault it gives several ironic advices about running a company:
1. Forget teamwork
2. Do not delegate too much
3. Do not raise salaries
4. Be afraid to be motivated
5. Blame yourself for the fails, not the economy
